Hi, I recently took my dog to this grooming store, and due to their negligence my dog’s feet bone was broken and nails chipped. Then I took my dog to the nearest vet and they are treating him now. So far the bill comes out around 600 dollars, and it will possibly be more. The owner of the grooming store has filed an claim with her insurance company, and I’ve just talked to the insurance company today, they ask me to fax over the doctor’s statements, X-rays, and bill statements. I guess I can sue the owner of the grooming store if the insurance company decide not to pay the vet bill right? And how should I do it if that’s the case? Thank you..
