Brittany A. Powell is a Florida personal injury lawyer also licensed in Washington D.C. Brittany graduated from Stetson University College of Law with honors. Brittany completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Tampa where she also graduated with honors. At the beginning of her legal career, Brittany spent sixteen years working for insurance companies on major loss claims. The knowledge she gained working for insurance companies has been invaluable in her representation of injured clients.

Brittany also served as a Hillsborough County Hearing Officer for over a decade, presiding over dangerous dog cases and child care licensing violations.
